Our home is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse with it's own private pool (heated if you wish), located within the new,

Our holiday home is located on the shore of the fishing lake that is central to the Resort complex and is just a short walk across the bridge, from the Resort facilities.

When you are holidaying in Orlando, we know that the location of your holiday home is very important. is located on Poinciana Boulevard, close to US 192 and its wealth of Restaurants and Shops.
It is also ideally situated (we timed it the other day, and it is 13 minutes to the gates of Disney) for:
Disney World
SeaWorld
Universal Studios
Gatorland ...... and all of the other (too many to list) attractions in the area. Close enough to pop out of a theme park, in the heat of the day, for a swim - and back for the evening entertainment and fireworks.
In addition there are a number of public golf courses in the area, plus the 6 Disney World courses.
Tampa, with its amazing Gulf coast beaches and Busch Gardens are approx. 1 hour's drive to the west and to the east, are the beaches of the Atlantic coast and the impressive, Kennedy Space Center.
