Booking deposit - A deposit of $200 (£100) is required upon placing a booking, with balance due 4 weeks prior to commencement of let.
Should less than 2 weeks notice be given upon any cancellation, the deposit will be forfeit (unless the period is re-let) |
Security deposit - A security deposit of $250 (£150) will be required, against a credit card, prior to the commencement of your stay.
